He is authorized to act in various roles under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC 2016), including as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), Resolution Professional (RP), and Liquidator. He is empanelled with leading institutions such as State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, IDBI Bank, SEBI, and IBBI (for a limited period), enabling him to handle complex insolvency and restructuring cases with credibility and expertise.

- Advisor to Resolution Applicant: As per the code, resolution applicant is required to submit resolution plan on the basis of information memorandum to the resolution professional who shall present the same to Committee of Creditors. We assist and advise in preparing the Resolution Plan (compliant with IBC 2016) for the prospective resolution applicants.
